CANEGT integrates the disciplines of environmental engineering, industrial hygiene and management of hazardous materials (ENV-IH-HAZMAT) within one company. Such an integration enables CANEGT to provide clients with coordinated, cost-effective approaches in those disciplines. This may especially be important to micro and small businesses that have elected to outsource their ENV-IH-HAZMAT activities as means of reducing costs and focusing on core business goals and planning. CANEGT integrates many disciplines involving environmental engineering and occupational health within one company. This provides a coordinated, cost-effective approach to the associated services, that include:

  • Preparation of environmental engineering and occupational health programs that comply with clients’ policies and the dominant legal and technical requirements

  • Environmental impact assessments (EIA’s) of proposed and current facilities that include water, soil, air, radiation and noise

  • Assessment of fugitive emissions in industrial facilities

  • Air dispersion modelling to estimate pollutants’ concentrations at the ground levels and/or points of impingement as a result from emission sources and proposing technically sound and economically feasible mitigation solutions

  • Preparation of applications for Certificate of and Environmental Compliance

  • Approval for industrial and commercial facilities; Conceptional design of treatment facilities of industrial wastewater discharges

  • Waste management of hazardous industrial wastes including manifesting and transportation requirements
