Industrial ventilation: Upgraded the ventilation system of 1.8 MM square feet of metal finishing facilities at McDonnell Douglas Canada, Toronto that included open process tanks, stripping, cleaning and painting booths and mechanical and welding shops.
Designed, upgraded and maintained treatment facilities of industrial wastewater and potable water for several industries and municipalities in Ontario, Canada that include Union Carbide Canada and Lambton County in Ontario.
Air dispersion modelling of 45+ stacks at McDonnell Douglas Canada, Toronto. In part, this was to add new and upgrade control devices of HAP’s and also to comply with government reporting requirements.
Devising and execution of hazardous wastes management programs at McDonnell Douglas Canada, Toronto. That included manifestation of liquid and solid waste streams and auditing waste disposal management companies to ensure full compliance with government from cradle-to-grave requirements.
Ventilation and ergonomic assessments of process control rooms that included air quality and pressurization, body postures and non-ionizing radiation at McDonnell Douglas Canada in Toronto and at Saudi Aramco and Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical companies in Saudi Arabia.
All functions of industrial hygiene at McDonnell Douglas Canada in Toronto as well as at Saudi Aramco and Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical companies in Saudi Arabia. That included the identification and field-sampling and measurements of health hazards in the workplace that included chemicals, noise, thermal stress, illumination, radiation and ergonomics.Upon assessment of findings, practical and cost-effective control measures were devised and implemented.

That included TENORM, nuclear density and level gauges, X-ray equipment, radioactive iodine and xenon diagnostic clinics at Saudi Aramco and Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical companies in Saudi Arabia.
Assessment of fugitive and leak emissions of current and new-constructed petrochemical facilities at Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical companies in Saudi Arabia. as part of commissioning acceptance certification, Saudi Arabia.
Designed and presenting classes related to WHIMS and HAZCOM programs as well as to radiation protection. Hundreds of employees and contractors participated in those classes at Saudi Aramco and Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical companies in Saudi Arabia.
Developed and maintained Safety Data Sheets (SDS’s) and associated labels for currently and newly produced chemicals and petrochemicals to meet new OSHA, WHMIS, REACH and CLP requirements for Saudi Aramco and Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical companies in Saudi Arabia.
